National Saluki Specialty

Agility

Hello Saluki Agility Exhibitors and Supporters

It is exciting to tell you that agility is again offered at this year's SCOA National Specialty.  I am asking for help in order to make this year's agility a success for both the exhibitors and the club.

Please consider making a trophy donation.  Trophy donations ensure each team that earns a placement has a memento for their wonderful accomplishment at the National Specialty.  Make your agility trophy donation online:

http://www.salukiclub.org/National/newform_2010Natltrophies.html

or, send your donations (checks made payable to SCOA) to:

Mary Beth Rogers
21410 Mattaponi Trail
Milford, VA. 22514

Please also set aside monies for our fabulous Agility Wine & Beer Basket Auction.  Monies raised by this auction will go to the SCOA’s National Agility Event.

This year's Fund Raising Basket is ULTRA special ! It will consist of a variety of high end wines and beers.

Please consider making a donation. Agility is a great venue for our Salukis. The hounds and their handlers love it and the spectators enjoy it immensely. Where else can a Saluki run, jump, play king of the mountain, weave, and walk a plank, earning applause from the judge, exhibitors and spectators?

We want to thank our Trophy donors by listing them in the Agility Trial catalog. Please send your donations as soon as you can, but no later than May 5, 2010 to ensure you are listed in the Agility catalog.

You can also support the Agility Trial  in several other ways - enter the trial and join the fun, volunteer to help with the trial, or come by and cheer our agility Salukis, you will never forget the experience!

Here's to another successful Agility Trial at the National. I hope to see all of you either in the ring with your Saluki or outside laughing with and cheering for each team…..where else, during our Kentucky week, can you get the opportunity to laugh and giggle ? at someone other than yourself????

Thank you for your continued support,
Celeste Johnson, 2010 SCOA Agility Trial Chair
