2008 SCOA National Specialty

VENDORS!!!

Well, that time of the year is approaching once again! Time to get in your reservation, along with payment, for your vendor spot at the 2008 Saluki National.

Please note that inside spaces will be limited to one per vendor. The spaces in the Tobacco Barn are large and provide ample space along with one plug in for electric. We are also offering a limited number of spaces outside near the ring area (you would need to provide your own electric). There will be a limited number of 12’ x 12’ spaces. We will allow vendors to reserve two spaces as space allows. It will be on a first reserved basis. You must provide your own shelter.

The club is not responsible for any damage, which may occur because of weather, spectators or exhibitors. Also please note that you will not be able to be open for sales during the SCOA annual meeting, which is held on Wednesday after judging, in the Tobacco Barn.

Booth setup will be available on Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning. There will be folks at the Horse Park on Monday for ring setup, etc. Just check with me if you wish to unload then. Note this will be the ONLY time that vehicles or golf carts will be allowed in the barn for unloading and again upon completion of the show for loading. There is limited space available.

Please note that the Tobacco Barn will be locked at night (but is not totally secure) and we DO NOT have security. Times vary each day on when we will lock the barn, but you will have at least one hour after judging before it closes. SCOA is not responsible for any stolen or missing items. We will make sure the Barn is unlocked by 7:00 a.m. each morning.
