As SCOA's primary education connection with the interested public, the Public Education Committee utilizes multiple avenues:

PEC members are charged with providing realistic breed information without bias, including responsible ownership dictates, and direction to additional sources of information and instruction. In addition, the PEC Chair serves as the media contact coordinator for the Saluki Club of America.
